Explosions in the Sky | 5.11.16 | Ogden Theater
Explosions in the Sky has to have been one of the most beautiful shows I have photographed this year. It was a truly heavenly experience. However, the photo pit at the Ogden has become a lot smaller over the years and for packed shows like this, photographers are shoulder to shoulder with very little room to move about. In order to block the over photographers from being in my shot I joined the prism trend. My good friend Shannon has flawlessly used her prism before in this shoot and various others. So i figured I would give it a try, too. I can confidently say that my little prism definitely saved a bunch of shots that would have had other cameras in them.
