Rooftop NYC Portraits
My girl Kara is the biggest ray of sunshine you can imagine (and then multiplied by 10). I was introduced to Kara for the first time in the fall when she became the sisterxsiter (super cool networking group for young women) director. And I FINALLY got to meet her (irl). When we met up outside the cutest brunch spot in Queens, I knew we would be a perfect match because of her gold hot-dog bomber jacket. After the best brunch experience of my life, we made our way to midtown for this sunny afternoon shoot. Kara took me up to this yellow rooftop with a perfect view of the Empire State Building, and it took my breath away.
I honestly have no idea how long we were up on that roof for because we had some of the BEST conversation while taking photos. It was such a lovely time getting to talk with someone as caring, creative, and FUN as Kara.
